Best Handcannon besides Fatebringer?
I have word of crota. I don't really like it much. Any good ones I can buy? I was looking at the chance and that looks ok. Thoughts?

It dont work great against arc shields but no void weapon does, that being said the word is my second favorite hand cannon after fate bringer ( which seems to kill everything regardless of anything) and thorn is third. Primary with elemental trumps everything else unless we're talking about atheon's epilogue, which sucks

I love my Timur's Lash. I got lucky and got Outlaw, Field Scout and Crowd Control on it. Didn't need to reforge.

It mostly depends on the roll. Any legendary can be as good as a fatebringer given the right roll.

If I'm going non exotic then I would have to say Timurs Lash. I have outlaw field scout and third eye on mine. Wanted something like crowd control instead of eye but didn't want to keep rolling and get something I didn't want. For exotics I'm one of those thorn fan club guys

2 RepliesProbably avoid the vendor ones if you want something decent. Red Hand IX is nice, but best when you get decent perks from a drop. That can take a while though... so just buy one. :-P
