Something seems to be majorly broken with the rng loot system. Duplicates of rewards seem quite common. I’ve on at least 3 occasions have gotten duplicate exotics right after one another. Last night I turned in an legendary primary and got another last word. I then did nightfall and told my group I’d get the last word again… sure enough I got it on completion of the nightfall. I’ve got duplicate hawkmoon and monte carlos with nightfall then exotic chest combos right after one another. This is most noticeable with exotics but does not seem limited to them. I’ve collected 2 chests in a row before and gotten the same rewards from them. It’s very noticeable when it’s one of those super chests that give you 12 relic iron and 3 blue engrams. Exotics are hard enough to get let alone having those rewards wasted on duplicates. Is bungie aware of this and is there a fix on the way?
