How do you counter Vex Mythoclast in Crucible?
Title says it all. I was playing some Crucible last night and ran into a fireteam of 3 or 4 Vex users. Needless to say, many tears were collected.

Hand cannons are your answer friend. I fought long and hard against the mythos Now I have one and must say I enjoy it

Have a invisibility perk or something and sneak up on them and then knife them with the thing where y turn invisible with blink strike and maybe with a dont touch me

Use TLW. Vex is overhyped.

I'm not a great PvP player but my weapon of choice is TLW. I must say I defend myself decently against any weapon including Vex. So whatever works for you go for it.

If we're talking about a standard encounter at mid range, you can win using a normal assault rifle such as the vanquisher 8 from the vendor. Get yourself a good stability rifle and spam those headshots.Vex won't be that scary. I got the vex only 2 week ago and can't really say my gameplay stepped up from using it in the crucible.

I kill them with suros or whatever primary I'm using, because the vex really isn't as good as people think it is.

The vex has a pretty decent drop off in range. If you like scouts or hand cannons they're a good option if your aim is decent. Any special will do depending on your play style and preference. They're all one shot kills lol.

Anything long range eats a Vex up I like thorn but shotgun sliding works just fine

Either get really close or get some distance. Do not try to beat it head on.

Shoot them first and crouch mid gunfight. They'll be aiming above your head while you're still getting headshots.
