Idea for Xur
Once a month, Xur could sell ANY exotic weapon (that he normally will sell, ie no Vex mytho, exo bounty weapons, etc) that the player chooses, instead of the one that RNG/Bungie picks for us. The catch is, you can only purchase ONE exo weapon on your account, across all characters.
Want the Gjallarhorn? You can buy ONE, and only ONE. Need the Suros, you can get ONE, once a month.

How does that hinder us at all?.... There's a big thing in the tower called a vault.... 1 gun on one character... means same gun on all characters... But by all means waste your coins on 3 of the same gun... And while your at it maybe make 3 characters of the same class too... Smh
