Not me

4 RepliesNooooope. Not day one, at least. Not even week one. Until I've seen solid, undeniable evidence that they fixed their screwup a from this game, and that it's not "hype machine 2.0," they're not getting another penny from me. Gonna play House of Wolves, because I already paid for it like a jackass. Gonna play the PS exclusive Strikes when they come over. And that's about it. I'm done.

If there's a bigger beta to try which has way less bugs, then maybe.
-
I will rent it first just to see if it's worth buying. Definitely no pre order this time

5 RepliesI will not. I've been a steadfast Bungie fan for over a decade. Marathon was great. Oni. Halo. Bungie established themselves as an industry-leading development studio. Then they left Microsoft and teamed up with Activi$ion. Over a decade of building an impeccable reputation for loving their Gamers and delivering the highest quality games on the market, gone because Activi$ion thinks this method will bring higher profits than delivering another top-tier game. No, Bungie ruined themselves when they signed with Activi$ion. When they decided their Gamers weren't worth the effort. When they decided that a lazily coded game and a hack-job story to make the missing parts as DLC later would be a better way to make money than delivering a all-but flawless product. So no, OP. I will not buy another Bungie game until they break their bond with Activi$ion. BTW; if anyone remembers Activi$ion's actions in the past, and the actions that have made them so reviled in the industry... Bungie was very happy to announce that they were their own independent company when their Halo run was done. But this is Activi$ion they're dealing with now. Expect Activi$ion to "acquire" Bungie in the next year or so (one does not invest $500mil USD into a company [for marketing...] without getting some perks in return), then dissolve them when Destiny 2 tanks because Gamers have a bitter taste from what Destiny is right now. It will happen. Mark my words.

If I do will be after the expansions. So I won't have to lvl and re lvl gear. If it didn't take so long to lvl everything just to 're lvl it later I would enjoy this game so much more.
-
It's something to do so I will:D
-
I'm going to for sure. Love the concept, and look forward to seeing what the future holds!
-
probably will buy it, i do love the game regardless of all the flaws.

Edited by Kankunation: 1/30/2015 4:25:10 AMBungie has been a company that has learned from its mistakes since they were born. Slowly but surely they are improving Destiny, and with their promises for the next DLC they may continue to do So. It will no doubt be better than the current game, less Activision completely rips it apart and sells every other mission as DLC. Thankfully we have another year and a half minimum before we have to think about that. That's plenty of time for Bungie to learn and make many elements of the game better. I will certainly not make any conclusions as to whether I'll buy It yet or not, as doing so at this time would be a fairly ignorant thing to do.

If they live up to the rumors of keeping your charters shaders cloaks and crap then yeah totally. Wouldn't wanna be a noob AND have to look like one again.
-
I will
-
I doubt it the assholes sold us the beta version last september i refuse to buy the real version labled destiny 2
-
Buy one? Probably. Pre-order? Hell no!
-
I might after it comes out and there's good enough Gameplay of it
-
Yeah I'd probably end up getting it.. With the way the first one is today, you would kind of expect a little bit more. With the main team behind the original halo series, and with them drafting a major guy from elder scrolls. You would think that gamers would be getting something pretty close utopia when they log in.. I'm hoping that by the time number 2 comes out. They would of ironed out all the problems with the first and add a bunch of content gamers can really sink their teeth into.

No no no...haha...no

NO! NO! NO! GODDDDD, PLEASE!!!! NOOOOO!

Unless it fixes destiny current problems! I am not buying any destiny sequel or prequel.
-
Gonna buy it twice, one to play all day uury day, one to sleep with and completely destroy it's anus at night
-
Yeah, not looking very likely at this point. Not unless they can show us that they can improve this grind fest.
-
I'll Pre-order the platinum edition! Well I'll just say even with there being many things they can improve on I have had a great time with this game. Still logging lots of hours. Money well spent.
