8 RepliesStep #1: Hear about the sequel. Step #2: Look it up. Step #3: Wait for gameplay to come out. Step #4: Not get on the hypetrain. Step #5: Watch all of you go down the drain while I play the Witcher III and No Man's Sky.

Yes, cause is the only (?) decent game for XOne/PS4, FOR ME. I'm an old gamer and don't like 90% of the modern games.
-
I'll do. Even if it's broken. Just loooove to be a guardian. Besides as a PS user I did like the FPS in Bungie way. COD was just competition and Killzone is story.

I Am out after HOW, no more hamster wheel for me

I don't know... I hate Destiny. I hate playing it and I only do because my gaming buddies do. So I plug in once a week for raids and nightfalls and then I switch to something better. But... Sometimes gaming companies learn from past failures and maybe Bungie will. I feel like there are a lot of pissed of customers but the other reality is that maybe Bungie doesn't care. They've met their benchmarks and they've got enough fanatical Destiny fan boy/girls that they are perfectly happy with how Destiny turned out. So, as I said, I don't know. Maybe?

Happily quoting after HoW. I'm not going to support their business ethics. I can't believe that so many people will continue to invest money in them just because they "like" it. They don't know what this is going to do in the long run. So many companies are going to start seeing they can follow the same bus Jess ethics and people will let them get away with it. You know what would REALLY be great for EVERYONE ? If their really was a strike against this game. If enough people refused to buy the game/stopped playing for a while, they would get their shit together real quick. When investors see something like a spike in the playerbase for an extended time, or consumers not purchasing this product, they will withdrawal and Bungie will be forced to either: A) break the contract with Activision B) just start releasing DLC's, which would break the contract with Activison See what I'm getting at ? They dug themselves into a hole with this publisher. "Sell out" maybe ? I personally think so. It's terrible that a publisher is dictating this game and Bungie so damn hard. Can you even imagine what destiny would be like if they released this "10 year plan" bullshit at launch ?! They wouldn't need a ten year plan ! They wouldn't need to cut the shit into DLC's ! It would literally be the greatest game for over 10 years JUST OFF THE LAUNCH. It would continuously sell copies throughout the next 10 years WITHOUT MAKING IT ALL INTO DLC's/SEQUELS. I more or less think the release of this game was a social experiment. To see how little a developer could push out on a product and reap the highest possible money games. It's sad that big corporations are now taking over the gaming industry, worse than ever before.

Depends on what is out at the time otherwise no..ill go on the forums and read reviews before making any further bungie purchases
-
Destiny has been a difficult experience to handle on many levels; I really only bought it out of loyalty to bungie (loving their games since halo: combat evolved original). And whilst the campaign (or lack of structured campaign) was a bit of a let down, the multiplayer displays all the right qualities of the original halo franchise with some kickass touches stapled on. I almost certainly would buy the next one, if only out of curiosity to what new changes they plan on making, but the fact is that some changes to the game structure will be necessary

Unfortunately half say no,but my addiction says yes lol,I have 3 32s in different characters,I'd hate to stop after house of wolfs
-
-
Definitley not. Not even if one got the oppertunity to slap around the devs a little to release all that frustration of being ripped off.
-
Maybe if they get there shit together
-
I will
-
it depends, i do like to shoot aliens, time will tell, activi$ion is just too greedy
forces creativity to take it in bunghole
1 ReplyNope I quit
-
4 RepliesSure will, if I'm still gaming then. I imagine Destiny will be similar to Diablo. They laid the groundwork in the first installment, but the second one is going to be far larger and immersive and expand on the universe. Also by that idea, I'm going to hate Destiny 3.
-
1 ReplyMaybe I'll pre-order and get the beta. If I like that then I won't cancel it. Then when it comes out I'll watch a stream and see if I like the full product
-
I will
-
1 ReplyHe'll no. I've wasted enough of my life

Edited by Woupsea: 2/1/2015 9:31:06 AMNot me haha. In fact i don't even think I'm going to buy any of the dlc past wolves
-
Edited by Draco00016: 2/1/2015 9:28:54 AMSee what it's like but WoW has more of a grind than destiny
-
27 RepliesI'm done after HoW. Bungie and Activision want this game to be a grind fest so we don't have time for other games. Once Activision stepped in, it was all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ No Man's Sky and Uncharted 4 will make sure that I don't return to Destiny 2. For a long while anyway.....
-
I wont pre order it thats for sure. Hell i wont pre order comet. Im playing it safe from now on. Learned my lesson after spending 95 bucks on average.
-
Absolutely not. Better MMO's/RPG's will be released.
-
I won't because destiny is an MMO
-
Not me
