If you have to use a g-horn you're a bad player
That's all it is. You require the most powerful weapon in the game to carry you through. Anyone that I come across using it, I block and report for cheating. You'd think I was joking but I'm not. I saw someone take out omnibitch with four rockets earlier. Blatant cheating and they deserve to get banned
I've got 7 g-horns to drop in total. But I dismantled them all because I'm good enough that I can beat the hardest parts of this game without it. Even the hard Crota raid I beat with a blue rocket launcher.
GG scrubs. Maybe when you're older you'll get some real skills and stop using the noob cannon.

Even with Solar Burn on it takes 10-11 Gjallarhorn rockets to kill Omnigul, so I'm pretty sure it was either lag, some weird glitch, or the guy (or girl) was actually cheating. Unless you're talking about the first encounter with her, when the ogre spawns, that one was pretty easy to kill but it didn't do anything to the actual boss fight.

If you use any type of weapon at all, you're bad. If you can't solo everything with nothing but your fists and a sparrow, you're bad. Get better.

Yes and no. If you need to use it in the way that you're just bad if you use any other weapon, yes. If you use it because you like it, but are just as good with other weapons, no.
