Whats wrong with you people?
Why would there be a G if you're not supposed to pronounce it.
Stop bastardising the language and call it by its real name.
P.S. Level. 20-32 are scrubs

Gjallarhorn*

2 RepliesIt's an old Norse word meaning Yelling horn. Spelled Gjallarhorn. Yes the G is silent and the J is pronounced like a Y. I suppose your feeble attempt to troll will be noted as juvenile.

9 RepliesIt is Norse it was heimdalls horn to warn the gods of ragnorak Pronounced yahl-ar-hawrn Gjall which means to yell From gjol meaning noise Like Greek food gyros Pronounced yee- rows Not jie-rows
-
1 ReplyBecause the name is from Norse mythology. The "gj" makes a "yeh" sound. If I remember right, the Gjallarhorn is the trumpet that Heimdall blows to call the Aesir out to war at Ragnarokr. He carries it to raise alarm if needed while guarding the Bifrost as well.

Kid with no education or failed geography. G is silent in many languages, like greek and Norse, where gjallarhorn is from. Goto school before you hate.
