So endurance is being able to do tasks for longer, you can use your muscles for longer. You get that by doing a middle ish weight setting and doing lots of reps per set and lots of sets. Power is basically being hench and you get that basically by doing a slightly heavier weight setting after getting used to the one you're on

Fair enough, I normally use a machine where you push or pull a bar away from you, pick a comfortable weight and do 4 sets of 25
