Who made it? Who survived Crota's Hard End?
I made it and it was freaking amazing and disturbing. The difficulty is insane. I got Crota's Word, shader, four rad energy and a Dragon's Breath. What did you get brave guardians?
EDIT: I see a lot of people got Dragon's Breath.. Too bad it wasn't Gjallarhorn I stilll miss it
EDIT2: So many if us made it!! I woul like to see a VoG at 33 too, it would be fun to do with our fireteams, Destiny must give us new challenges!!

I took bastard down twice, the hard way, not from middle window. It was a bitch. First run got me pulse rifle shader scout rifle. Second run got me auto rifle, last word, another scout rifle, and dragons breath. (one of the exotics was from death singer). Got a third run setup for tonight, have crota cp and great fireteam. Gonna make crota sick of seeing us

I made it. Not going to do it again unless it's a Crota CP. Got three out of the five possible weapon drops (AR, scout, and pulse). Eff that hand cannon, it ain't worth it lol

Now everytime I play Crotas End, I play as if I'm never getting health regen. Also everytime someone dies I look up for that damned oversoul even if I'm on the bridge part. Used middle strat with myself as a distraction for right side boomers, all i did was stand by right entrance and pop shots at them to keep them looking at me instead of swordbearer and I would also Ghjallarhorn each down. Got the AR, the PR and the Scout Rifle. Also Glowhoo looks best with cloth, it literally makes you look like a god.

played crota on hard today with my team. So we found this strategy right, okay recomended: 2-3 titans 1hunter warlocks when you and your team started the raid, and you killed everything you go through to the left side. But instead of staying at the left and getting killed by the boomers just stand infront of the invivible barrier at the top middle. No boomers or crota himself will shoot you. When the sword barrier is out kill him and let the hunter pick up the sword. The hunter will go to the left side as usuall, he will kneel down and go invivible. The rest of the team will shoot crota and let the hunter know when to go up and damage him. Once he gets 3 hits on him he will drop the sword, knife crota to become invivible and pick up the sword again. Crota should now go to the right side so the whole team moves INSIDE the room and waits for him to go back to middle, repeat the whole thing again. For the ogres, everyone go middle and wait for thralls to spawn. (they will magically spawn) everyone go to the left side, titans put up a bubble on the stairs and kill the ogres. Once you killed ogres, repeat the procces and you will kill crota. With no boobers no witches no bs. ps keep in mind once you get crota to around 20% he will go enrage immedietly so ignore the over soul and focus on crota. Finally its also good to know that it takes 15 swings at crota to get him to enrage mode, and 18 to kill him good luck, favourite, share let everyone know Crota on hard is a joke :) good luck again.

I got the Pulse Rifle, Auto Rifle and the Scout Rifle along with the Helmet (which i had from normal) and of course the Glowhoo shader. And then Crota also gave me the Truth for like the 4th time.

Grats. I was able to down him twice today after a lot of trial and error since Wed. Found a solid group and we plan on knocking it out again next week. Best of luck to the guys still trying for a win.

Beat it once. My team did their other characters while I was at work. I've tried a few times with lfg groups but it's a ruff life out there.

Titan does bublle at the start of the walkway/crota bridge. Like 1/3 the way between the door and Crota before the boomers which aggro's them so the sword bearer has no problems. 2. When Ogres come after second sword run straight into the ogre room before he comes out. Jump on top of doors to avoid thralls and drop him as fast as you can. Once done you can safely snipe the second Ogre from within that room. Now go back to the start room to set up for the final sword.

Just beat it! I got the shader, helmet, and Truth. Not the greatest haul (I want the scout rifle bad), but I wanted the helmet so all is good. The raid was difficult, but it was super difficult finding a really good team. That's to be expected I guess, with it being so new. Once I found one we really got our rhythm going after 30 minutes or so and were very consistent. Our main problem, unfortunately, were glitches, and most appeared late in the round. We had the sword disappear on the last pass before Crota enraged due to time, Crota immediately got up and killed sword bearer, we had an ogre regenerate all his health from zero and kill two people, same ogre regenerated another time but we took him down...a lot of problems. But we did it! Middle strategy, btw.

Died tons of times but I finally accomplished it. Would love to see Crota's K/D.
