You will have this issue with [i]any[/i] DLC. Including expansions. Playstation's region free system only applies to discs. Not only is DLC (for any game) region locked, but if your region does not match the disc, the DLC will not function.
Your best bet, is to get a copy of Destiny from your region.

hi, i have the same problem but i already bought the dlc, i used the trial version and it was linked with the trial version. do you think buying the trial version will let me play the full game with the dlc?

I'm not sure what you mean by buying the trial version. But if I'm following you correctly, you are saying if you purchase a digital copy of the game in your region, will the expansion you purchased work? The answer to that, would be yes.

If I've read your post correctly, it sounds like you have only purchased the Expansion, and not the base game. In order to play the Expansion, you must own the base game. Do you own the base game, or just the trial?
