The weapons from this raid kinda make me scratch my head, other than the pulse rifle they all have worse stats or perks compared to their vog counterparts. I was excited about the scout rifle being 331 damage atleast but losing the autofire makes it alot harder for me to use (having to aim while rapid fire tapping is the game equivalent of rubbing your belly and tapping your head at the same time) and as if it wasnt bad enough losing firefly on the handcannon its impact is poop lower than fatebringer thus negating the higher damage.

IDK why i even bothered beating crota on HM when you give me a gun far inferior to one that dropped 4 months ago! WOC - Slow ass reload, small reserve clip (i'm constantly running out of ammo), and of course no firefly! Definitely NEEDS a BUFF!! or just buff my fatebringer to 331, You could have given it the same perk as black hammer and that would make it worth it, but adding a few more bullets to the clip...USELESS!

Guess what, with words bonus you get far more bullets out of it than fate bringer. So even if it is only 10 more dmg you will get 5-6 more shots out of it than fate bringer which is a huge buff.

Not necessarily... You're just talking about damage. The perk can allow you to do several points more damage if you keep getting precision shots. They are both useful in their own way. I look forward to maxing out Word of Crota!

5 RepliesI have both weapons maxed. Woc's perks are useless and it barely does more damage than fate bringer because of the lower impact. Fate bringer is still the best legendary hand cannon even at 300 damage lol.

2 RepliesI am betting money on the fact that the guy who tested the two guns did not even upgrade Word of Crota to the 331 damage capacity. Thus even though all Fatebringer lovers want their gun to still be amazing it is in fact out classed by Word of Crota because of the increased damage capacity.
