Why switch to the d-pad the large button is a touchpad you can use to select items. Utilize the tech in the controller is some new way. Leave the d-pad for the last gen consoles. New tech deserves new ideas.

That would be cool, but it would likely have to be something they could utilize across all consoles, so using the touch pad would end up being twice the work. It would be nice to see it used that way, though.

They do have a deal with ps4 for other benefits, I'm sure if Sony told bungie to do touch pad support they kinda be forced to :/
