Nightfall really?
I love this game and up until now I loved the nightfalls but doing 2 nightfalls and getting 11 ascendant energy then 12 ascendant shards is ridiculous. Anyone else have this happen.

Yes... On both characters for the past 3 weeks. Shards and energy is all this game wants to give me.

This week I got payback sos for the 4th time. 12 energies. And a legendary engram that turned into 2 shards. Yeah 2 shards so bs

I got 9 strange coins, 11 energy and a legendary engram which turned into a crap rocket launcher. So technically my third run netted me 2 energy. Nightfalls are always hating on me.

This week it was shards, a horrible sniper rifle, and an icebreaker ;) Sometimes you get good stuff and sometimes you don't. By at least you know that you will get something.

1 ReplyI honestly don't know why everyone expects so much from nightfall. Nightfall is so much easier than the weekly level 30 strike due to the elemental buff and you only get 9 coins from weekly....

I got 3 guns I dont want. So 6 energies. The reward is the xp buff. Any other rewards are icing on the cake. Of course I wish we got more but if it gave you something awesome every time you wouldn't have as much to work for (beneficial to bungie, obviously)

Received 11 ascendant materials from nightfall, and only 9 radiant energy from raid. I feel your pain. Hopefully my luck is better on my other characters

Just go into it expecting that you will only get materials, then you'll be pleasantly surprised if you get anything else.

Prudence II sniper Icebreaker. I see no problem here

Got the exotic titan legs and the FWC sniper. No complaints here, although the legs are meh
