If an opposing player dances, I will put off my competitive nature and will proceed to dance back. Some people take this game too seriously. Enjoy the little things

5 RepliesYou're required to dance back under condition of parley. Besides you don't want to go home knowing you got served.

3 RepliesEdited by XiX GhOsTx XiX: 1/12/2015 11:46:55 PMA friend and I were doing a completion bounty for Skirmish awhile back before actually caring about playing and we got paired up against an awesome Fireteam, they completely owned us, it got to the point that it was a joke. We'd just run up to them and let them kill us without firing a shot. When the timer got down to ~30 seconds remaining we couldn't find them anywhere, well we stumbled out onto the sand area and they had popped a bubble and were all sitting inside of it facing the setting sun. So we casually walked up and sat with them inside their bubble until the match ended. It was pretty funny and cool to see that there are players that are very skilled AND humble.

22 RepliesIn a skirmish game once I saw a player just sitting in the open. My team was winning and he was in a secluded area obviously waiting for the inevitable. So I just put down my weapons and sat next to him as we watched our team mates fight off in the distance. Was fun. Got a message from him saying "thanks for sitting with me"

Was in a rumble game and found 3 dudes playing follow the leader while crouching, 1 douche had to ruin the fun
-
1 player was left on the other team but continued the good fight, while the side I was on killed them repeatedly. Then about 1 minute before the end he starts dancing and all 6 of the people on my side joined him, even though none of us were in a fireteam.

I dance on the spinning thing on the anomaly moon
-
Yeah dancing is fun. I sometimes dance when I have a chance in crucible.
-
1 ReplyI finished the crucible part of the Thorn bounty today and started dancing. Guy on the other team blasted me with a Nova Bomb. I guess a dancing Warlock seemed like a big enough threat to waste a super on lol.
-
-Enemy Defender brings up shield and stays in it- -I'm the only other person around with them- DANCE OFF! Great times...
-
1 ReplyOk, you mean just dancing, not mocking people by dancing on their corpse. Yeah i 100% taking a break from all the murder to rock out.
-
I try to always open with a wave to greet everyone. It's the polite thing to do.
-
Whenever I see the team dancing in a bubble, I try to hop in but they beat the shit out of me : ( I'm not hear to start wars. let's just dance.
-
I go up to them, take out a rocketlauncher and suicide.
-
What else to do when in a defender bubble but dance?
-
I know right!!??! Some guy preceded to melee me while dancing after my team won. If the opposing team dances and don't fight back..I i will dance with them.
-
You can use those functions to have a 3rd person view in crucible. Say you think an enemy is camping a corridor, u sit/dance and use that to peek instead of peeking in First person.
-
3 RepliesYou can dance if you wanna or
-
Maybe they are dancing because they are behind cover and what to go in third person to look around the cover safely.
-
I only dance when I rekt someone
-
Yeah, if they are dancing because they won, I will take it as them being cocky. "Hey noobs you got owned." I will then proceed to kill them. Funny enough a player did this in front of me on a point, I shoulder dashed him, killed him, took his spot and started dancing myself.
-
I used to do that with my Titan bubble. Some people would dance others would be a douche canoe.
-
Yay you do that too
-
Until someone gets their super and ruins the whole thing

1 ReplyThe main reason people dance Is to go into third person to gain an advantage by looking around corners... Just saying

In the old days I was playing a game and my whole team left I was on my own vs 6 after a few I just stopped and started dancing. At first I got killed once or twice. But then they got the fact I couldn't win and we had a dance off was cool for about 15seconds then I popped my arc blade and cut em all down :-) never got another dance off since
-
I always do the same. Sometimes I like to have a little fun. My objective is to point or waive at the enemy, and then still get the kill.
