Hello, is it possible to get an ice-breaker ?? just want it for 3 months already, and he is no where not falling ... can I get it not random ?

It sucks everybody wants one i think the rng suck some people got 4 of them and others got none... i have been playing since release and its always someone else wjo got it i think its just luck based it would be so much more rewarding if you could do an exotic bounty or something like that. Or xur should sell it again. I dont know but this way a lot of people get dissapointed and ..the people who think he shouldnt sell it anymore just suck because they want to be the only one who has it
