Holy **** on a **** sandwich, do we really need that many enemies? I mean, I can understand some foes to shoot down, but when you reach the top of that big staircase-type area, the yellow-health foes just POUR out of there. And after you fell the last of the 20 waves or so, you take two steps into the gate at the top and ANOTHER onslaught of foes comes out.
The boss was actually like the easiest part of this whole strike!!!
They need to balance it to have less foes, this crap is ridiculous.

To all those who replied with "your gear sucks" and "your weapon sucks" or just plain "you suck" comments: Congratulations, you are at what is wrong with this game. I'm starting to understand all of the people who call this community "toxic"

Would like to be able to get glimmer off of those ultras pouring down the steps lol
-
My fave strike as warlock with my obsidian mind nova bombs for days and I roll with truth mess things up

I actually really enjoy this strike. The stairs part is pretty hectic but not unbearable. The garbage part is that they don't count towards bounties or glimmer. It's one thing that you can't use a glimmer item on them but its another thing that you don't get glimmer at all from enemies that are clearly majors. I don't usually voice my opinion about the things I disagree with but is this really necessary? This isn't a raid where kills can't be farmed for bounties or glimmer, it's a strike. If Bungie didn't want the players to play the strike to glimmer farm or to easily get Vex major kills then they shouldn't have made them all majors, it's that easy. But instead they coded these enemies to be tough without any benefit aside from providing a challenge. Perhaps I simply haven't noticed other situations like this in Destiny, but as far as I'm concerned if I kill a major or ultra outside of a raid I should always receive glimmer. Am I wrong in thinking this or does this happen often in other missions as well?

Every time I get this strike, the other two drop out
-
1 ReplyIts the new bungie ploy. Instead of giving you interesting game mechanics and new levels they make you do levels backwards and throw a ton of enemies at you.
-
I enjoy the superfest that occurs in that section of the strike.
-
At least you have the strike. We excluded Xbox from it.
-
2 RepliesWell your gear is bad, it's not like they're lying to you, it's the simple truth. Aside from that the amount of yellows that pour out is ridiculous lol
-
1 ReplyPlus they don't count towards bounties or give glimmer
-
Yes we do, it's what makes it fun
-
4 RepliesI don't even mind the amount of enemies. What really bothers me is that you get ZERO glimmer from the stairs stage, which makes the strike ever so tedious.
-
This is the easiest strike in game. I don't know why everyone sucks at it.

Edited by Swiftlock: 1/5/2015 6:46:53 PMWhat kills me is how there's non-stop parades of yellow enemies, and pretty much NONE OF THEM GIVE YOU GLIMMER. It's just artificial padding to draw out the strike. But yeah, I'll admit it, I'll quit Undying Mind if it shows up in ROC. All the extra time and effort just isn't worth the crappy blue gear I get in the end. It wouldn't be so bad if I made lots of glimmer off the strike, but nope, apparently that's a no-go.

Half of the people out there don't give a dime and will troll others when they can. And as a reply to the content of your post, are you for real? You are pretty much saying "i think it has too many enemies, which i don't like, so you should change it." Or have i misunderstood your post?

This would be terrible with void burn, possibly even worse than Omnigol with arc burn.
-
3 RepliesJust activate your blue poloyphage for buckets of Glimmer :;
-
I don't really mind the challenge. If there were less enemies it would be pretty boring IMO.
-
If you go into this strike without a void weapon, you're gonna have a bad time. That being said, it's my favorite strike for gameplay. Nexus is my favorite for time.
-
My favourite strike
-
27 RepliesIts a whole lot easier when you dont suck.
-
I really enjoy this one the way it is. It's chaotic without being overwhelming. Favourite strike by far.
-
1 ReplyI love it. Finally got it this weekend and its a blast. Much better than Archon Priest IMO.
-
they don't reward glimmer either... if I'm Vangaurd ROCing with randoms and their gear isn't Raid quality I leave. No gonna waste my time reviving scrubs repeatedly.
-
It's fun. It's actually a challenge unlike all the other strikes.
-
That strike is a total fustercluck
-
I liked it the first few times I did it... But it gets tiresome when out of ten strikes it is played five times, and one time back to back. Seriously. Wtf kind of playlist is that? It's like that one, archon and valaas are the only strikes I get to do for some reason. Maybe once in awhile omnigul and nexus get thrown in.
