To the guy who kicked my brother
It's the normal circumstance, he got kicked for being a 29. While that is understandable, you didn't need to be a coward and not say a word to him. My brother has Autism and things like that really upset him. He did not deserve that. He would have left if you had of said "i only want level 30's bud, sorry" but no, you were a coward, twice, and booted him. I hope you get five strange coins for weeks for your Nightfall rewards. And to everyone else, please remember this when you boot someone, you don't know whats on the other end of that microphone.
Edit: For those that think he shouldn't be playing online games, it's one of the only social interactions he can take normally, and it really upsets him to be booted without cause, if you don't know anyone with autism, or are related to anyone with this disability, you simply won't understand
Edit 2: for people saying he's a "scrub" that 29 was his alternate that he made about a week ago, which is why he is not 30 yet
Edit 3: It's good to see that there are some really good people on these forums, the good is for sure outweighed by the bad here. I appreciate it, and so does he guys
Edit 4: Kind of off topic, but he just hit 30! Finally haha
Edit 5: The point of this post was to say that we do not know who is on the other side of that internet connection, and we should try and be courteous to people, not to say that my brother should get special treatment because of his Autism or that people should automatically know he is autistic.

True I was kicked at level 28 doing Crota when everyone died at the deathsinger and I soloed the part (deathsinger was already dead) and I was running around getting everyone up and they reward me with a boot. Point is sometimes people can just be a jack ass just gotta live with it but if you have a disability that's a whole other story

I have a niece who has Asperger syndrome. She wouldn't play a game like Destiny due to communication problems. With that being said, it's bullshit to boot someone *because* they are Autistic, but his boot had nothing to do with his disability. I do feel for him, but if he is that worried of something like this happening to him, why is he playing? My niece would avoid the game like the plague... but all Autistic diagnoses are different... And I am totally trying not to live up to my username right now.

A simple "hey, you are gonna get booted, and its because.>>>>." That is not being overly kind. That is just being raised right and not being an ass. In my online gaming time, I have found that this behavior is mostly applied to teens and early twenties who live in their parents basements and don't understand what a life, or a job is. There are far to many assfaced dickbags that play this game. I take low level players through the nightfall on a weekly basis. Same with VoG. It's fun seeing a lvl 27 or 28 get his teeth kicked in only to be rewarded with his first piece of exotic gear. A 29, in a lvl 30 nightfall is hardly a burden. They always do just fine with me. The elitist, full of themselves, basement dwelling crap-sticks are what make this community look so bad. Those are the people that need to get over themselves. Not some autistic kid and his brother. #Getrealterds

Yeah I always tell (generally politely) people if Im going to boot them, or for that matter if Im tired of the group and am gonna drop. Im also willing to help people out as long as they ask nicely, and especially for nightfall/weekly content, having a 29 in the group doesnt really hamper much as long as they have decent equipment. That dude sounds like a jerk, sorry to hear this happened to you.

He kept punching fireteam members and jumping into supplicants. Didn't have room for those shenanigans, I hate spending 3 hours on Atheon because I'm the only one that can handle the relic, I'm the only one that shoots the supplicants, and often the only one that shoots Atheon. He had it coming, he was just doing circles man without firing a shot at an enemy, wtf. LoL HAHAHAH

Ok I get what your saying but life is not fair and things like this happen. If this were my brother I would have told him "screw that guy we can find a better team". Not dwelling on what happened is probably the best way to get him to move on and forget it.

I don't see any reason why being kicked from a nf for being a 29 is ok? Hard VoG or crota fine, I get THAT, but no idea about the nf, they're usually a doddle anyway!
