How to turn a Dan into an Akuma: Alter "the master" perk so that precision damage increases rate of fire and damage on the next shot. The effect either stacks like the current master perk or is just a significant static boost.
Bam, viable for crucible and a wrecker of boss enemies.

Our guardians cycle a bolt action rifle slower than I did in the Boy Scouts. That's my main complaint. That and I dislike niche weapons, I think everything should have a balanced DPS, higher RoF, less impact. Which the game follows for the most part, but the continuous DPS of NLB is too low to drop shielded enemies in PVE. DPS = Damage Per Second for those not in on the acronyms. Like I've said before, if it was meant to be a PVP head popper, that's fine. I just hate that several of the new exotics (and a lot of old ones) seem to be PVP focused and all but unusable in PVE.

The master perk doesn't even work

I think the sights are the worst part of the weapon.

3 RepliesI tried it today with no perk upgrades in crucible n it wasn't to if u use it right, but the rate of fire is horrid and that's a fact. The rate of fire increase would make it amazing.
