Who's GF also HATES Destiny ?
My Mrs insists on calling Destiny '' that stupid game '' .... I try and get on 3 or 4 days a week and no matter when it is it's always ''that stupid game'' !!

She even tried playing it to get into it with me but nearly shit her pants when the very first Dregs dropped out on her on mission 1
She said '' this is too scary '' and left . LOL

She dies the next time she insults my Cola drinking habits.

5 RepliesIf your gf/wife won't respect your need to have time to chill and do your own things, have your own time for you doing whatever it is you want, then you've got serious problems. Either she needs to learn the importance of you having that time or you need to not be with her. Sorry. My wife chucks me the controller and tells me to put my games on when we've got nothing else planned. Then asks if there's anything I want while I'm playing.

My wife hates the fact that I love to play destiny. She bought me halo and I only played 2-3 missions. Then back to the grind.

My girlfriend tries to understand my passion for gaming all together, not just Destiny but I can tell deep down she doesnt understand it and kinda shuns me somewhat for it. But I shun her for her over use of make up so I guess alls fair.
