My son and I have racked up 900+ hrs on the account we share, still no Icebreaker or Gjallerhorn.

600 hours here and I have both ghorn and icebreaker. There's no exotic weapon I want except hawkmoon but I'm on Xbox. I bought icebreaker and got ghorn from the VoG chest.
