Undying mind strike needs nerf

The undying mind strike on mars (ps exclusive) is incredibly long. There are wave after wave of yellow health Minos and Hobgoblins. This strike needs to be made way shorter. It isn't difficult, only time consuming. I almost always leave this strike because I can complete arkon priest twice in the same length of this one strike. Bungie, this strike sucks. As does most of your ps4 exclusive content. Fix it. No one wants to do it. Edit: This strike could be made better by adding glimmer drops on the yellow healths. I would be all for that. Edit 2: To clarify. NO, the yellow healths do not drop glimmer, or count for bounties. That is my primary reason for hating this strike. There is only about 6 yellow healths near the beginning that actually count. The rest do not.

  • This is a fun strike. Lots and lots of vex to shoot. I like it. Yes it's a long one, but it's all good.

    • Two manned it, fun as hell. Soloed it, kept dying at about 10% of boss's health left. Hall of yellows was nutz..... Kept having to bail back out to the stairs. Was using 31 hunter. There seems to be a workable rhythm to the spawn at the boss. But at that last bit of his health, I kept getting over run.

    • To clarify, ALL yellow bar enemies in the boss fight section drop glimmer. TONS of glimmer to be made.

      Also the blue polyphage doesn't give you glimmer when you kill the yellow bars.

    • I played this strike for the first time last night (somehow I overlooked it in all the Eris/Hive/Crota hubbub). I really enjoyed it. I don't see a problem with it at all. The Hall of Yellows was cool being as how they were Vex Pre-Cursors which you don't see very often. The Undying Mind himself is more fun to battle than the Nexus, who sits in one spot and has a large opening in his shield. This would be a tough Nightfall, almost at the level the Psion Flayers would be if they were a Nightfall as well. I am also glad they are doing something more with The Black Garden.

        • If you got people that understand how orbs and supers work that mission is much faster and actually pretty fun. I usually run Sun singer, but I switch to void for that mission... Every nova bomb makes 8 orbs.. and that striker next to me just got charged and he's gonna feed me 8 back.. throw on bad juju for good measure and enjoy!

              • If this strike ever makes it into the Nightfall rotation, you will definitely see less of the flaming heads running around the tower! Make sure when running it on the ROC playlist to use the Blue Poly?!?! to get glimmer out of the vex.

                • No no no no and no. This is currently my favorite strike. Strikes are supposed to be longer and harder. Otherwise they would be missions.

                • You actually don't need to stay and fight those endless waves of enemies, kill the cyclops machine at the top and then bounce.

                • Wow, this is the best strike yet. some of the best moments ive had with destiny have been in that strike, especially when its just me and some (skilled) stranger. Gaming at its best. You're lost!

                • It's fine. Nice and enjoyable strike. Plenty of orbs spawned too, constant supers out yellows go down quickly.

                • This is actually one of my favorite strikes! Kill the cyclops and run past all the yellows and you are at the end. Simple enough if everyone in the fire teams follows. You get glimmer out of the end majors and with a blue polyphage on its such a great way to farm glimmer.
