Who's online on PS4 right now?

I'm online and able to play, but it lists that no users are online, i can't connect with or message anyone.

My husband is on right now. He didn't have to change anything. It just works now. If you can sign into the forums with your PSN ID (try it on the computer, not in the app, since the app keeps you permanently signed in), the problem may be that you need to turn your PS4 off, and/or reset your network connection.

11 RepliesI'm still offline, kept running the "Test connection" Setting and I get: Obtain IP Address - Successful Internet Connection - Successful Psn Sign-In - Failed Each time it's failed at signing in psn. :/ Yet I know a few people in the state who have managed to log in.

This was just a mean-spirited and frankly, borderline sociopathic thing to do to so many of their fellow human beings. And to sit there and act like they're doing us a favor by exposing the lack of security on the PS network is a total load of bull. They did it because they are petty, little slime ball excuses for humanity without an iota of compassion or consideration for others. This was just a nasty, nasty thing to do, and I can't wait until they all get their comeuppance. Needless to say, still down in Seattle. This might be going a bit too far, but I'd actually like to see them all -blam!-ing dead.

I've had problems all morning until I done this. Go to your network settings, select custom and leave everything the same except for MTU. Change it to 1473 and try your luck then. Worked for me, hope it works for you guys!

I'm finally got on. In Colorado For anyone that's having problems plastation tweeted to go into safe mode and restore default setting. It worked for me. It took like 5-10 mins after for it to connect
