I am now online in Denver. It worked after changing mtu to 1473. It did NOT work without changing the mtu. Don't know if that is universal but it was my experience.

On in MA. Got on at about 9pm est on Sunday. One of my friends in NH had to change their MTU the other did not, both got on about an hour later I got on again this morning as did my friends, same scenario where one had to change MTU

Changed my MTU to 1473 and reset my console. Connected! PS4

I havent been able to get on the last 3 days, me and my bro visited my parent's and managed to get onto Destiny last night for a short time to see Xur. Then back at mine we both try and connect, he manages to get on after 30 mins of trying and I only just manage to get on PSN but not Destiny. I gave up after another 40mins of trying to connect to Destiny servers, it's ridiculous.
