How do you deal with PvP specials?
Because a some people aren't reading the whole post I'll post this now:
I'm not complaining about the specials. I do wish there was more skill to them but they are all pretty much as easy as each other.
I must admit when I see a blade dancing twat coming towards me I usually think it's an instant death and 9 times out of 10 it is, but it's so fukking annoying. It takes no skill what so ever to fanny about the map bashing buttons till someone dies.
My solution, save up a fist of havoc specifically for the knife wielding fuk wits and simply tap the special button. Even less skill needed! Case closed.
Edit: Cheers ya'll. I never intended any malice in this post, it was purely just for a bit of fun. You're certainly giving me some Xmas giggles.
Also, the fist of havoc is easier to execute than blade dancer, I just don't like it!
Edit 2: Blade dancer is the only special you have time to fear, the nova bomb and FoH are pretty much out of the blue insta deaths where as you can see your death coming and crap your self with the blade bitch.
No one super is better than the other. You cannot defend against fist of havoc but you can dodge nova bomb and run away from blade dancers. However blades can kill more and FoH is usually saved for singles.

I have created a titan after playing hunter for 3 months and fist of havoc is a lot of fun against a swarm of thralls, but it's a waste on a blade dancer. Aim for the head as soon as you hear them and they are dead before they get to you. It's why I prefer golden gun anymore. I get killed less because I'm farther away.

Teleport over them or just do as much damage as you can to them so one of your other teammates can finish him off.

Same can be said bout every special. Get better at playing. Blade dancer is easy to stop so stop your bitching bout lack of skill

11 Repliesshotguns work, rockets work, a sniper from a decent range, works. Despite popular thinking, you do not gain an armor shield worth noting within a pvp setting. Therefore, anything that can one hit kill, will one hit or nearly one hit a blade dancer, I've often been Nove bombed, shoulder tapped and such whilst using blade dancer. However my main use is gunslinger, and i find it counters a blade dancer well, if you can land a hit that is :P

As for solutions, I do save that Fist for dancers and sun sunsingers sometimes. It's so nice to shut em down. Edit: My honest advice (can't believe I haven't seen it while scrolling through replies) is, if you don't have fist available, to just jump in the air. I've outlived entire blade dances by constantly jumping and having them try and chase me. Works, I'd say, 7/10 times.

At least you have a sliver of a chance when a bladedancer is coming at you than someone with a mytho or shotgun.

Bladedancing successfully is actually one of the Harder supers to use, fist of havoc would be one of the easiest and hardest to resist, I've managed to run and shoot to death tons of people blade dancing, but there's no warning when you hit the panic button and even if I'm in the air fist of havoc will still kill me. As for how to stop a blade dancer, keep your distance while shooting them in the head is your best bet unless you can counter with your own super.

Hit them with flame shield as they hit me, it's enough to survive and a lot of times the hunter will turn around thinking you're dead.

As soon as they are in sight, I burn em down with either Thorn or my sniper. (The iron banner sniper kills blade dancers with 1 headshot.... It's magical)

If you are a trigger happy like I am then Invective will be best. I can put all for rounds into their face if doing it right, don't hold down the trigger only tap it as fast as you can.

One fusion shot followed by a melee, throwing knife by me, should do the trick

If you're a Defender Titan, throw a suppression grenade at the bastard and it should force him out of his super, assuming it hits him. Otherwise Found Verdict or any other shotty would be your best bet.
