Have you legitimately beaten Crota
I see and hear a lot of complaints about Crota in the Raid. I've beaten it legitimately, what about you guys?

Beat it legit with each of my characters, now whatever the group wants to do I just go with it. Makes me no difference, I do however enjoy just getting it over with as soon as possible sometimes.

My group beat it legitimately once as soon as it came out. But every time after they've cheesed because we're lazy and bungie needs to fix their crap lol

Yes I did it legit and agree with a lot of other players that vog is harder.

I've beat Atheon numerous times in 2 warps without a single fire team member dying. Crota obliterates the fire teams I get stuck with though.

4 RepliesCrota is a joke. Las night I ran CE with 3 30s and 3 31s and we beat crota in 2 or 3 trys, the whole thing taking around 45 mins. Then I decided to make a run at atheon for the elusive mythoclast. We had 2 30s and 4 31s and before we laughed at the fact that we all had the CE emblem on. Atheon was horrible these people had no idea what to do. They couldn't kill the minotaur and they died to supplicants constantly. If I picked up the relic, our dps was pitiful without my g horn. After an hour half the group just quit (so I've got atheon cp if anyone wants to beat it) So if these people could best crota despite being 1 or even 2 levels down, yet the couldn't beat Atheon at even or a level up, I have to conclude that crota is far easier than Atheon and should never be cheesed.

I find it hilarious, the same people defending this game are the ones cheesing the raids. How much of a sheep do you have to be? You don't even actually want to play the game... Lol This shit is one of the biggest social experiments of all time.

The stupid lag glitch only saves like two sword cycles. Its almost as pointless as the chalice glitch which is barely worth the set up time.

I've done it both ways. First was legit, second was to see if the cheese worked.

Me and my raid team do everything legit and it is really easy. We beat crota on the 3rd sword or if we fail once on 4th sword. Vog is still a lot harder than crota since one man soloed the crota raid..

We always do everything legit as it is the most fun and not to hard with a good team. I don't care about how other people do it though. Everybody can play the game the game the way he wants...

After the first legit run. I'm sure a lot of ppl cheese to save time. Rewards don't say cheesed on them do they.

So we're in a raid with 25 and were suffering. We're 30-31 but it was a LFG group and the 25 assured he knew what he was doing. At last boss he is getting pissed... Btw he sounds like a 15 year old immature. He gets so frustrated with the rest of us not beating it he QUITs. LMAO we five best the boss first try. His stats were the worst of all of us. My lesson. I will move on to another group who tried using a 25,26,27. I messaged the kid when I saw him two minutes later LFG "hey why you quit like that" " because you all are shit". I told him we beat that next try after he left, he says.... "oh!" Lmao.
