So I've put together a theory, that combines creationism and that science stuff.
(i don't necessarily believe this stuff)
So let's say the earth is only a few thousand years old, but we got them million year old rocks, what if rocks from other, much older planets combined with earth or maybe a magical entity moved them? That could explain so much. It makes sense... Amirite?
Now, Tell me the problems with this theory.
-
I just... :^(
-
My theory that combines religion and science. The Big Bang created God God used the energy from the Big Bang to create matter to make planets, stars, that stuff.

2 RepliesYou're an idiot, earth is obviously 2014 years old
-
It actually started when I was born... Prove me wrong... I bet you can't
-
No, it was created last Thursday. All evidence to the contrary was planted there.

Everything you know is false. The matrix is real.

We have clonal trees older than 6000 years.

Dat hashtag though

4 RepliesI have another theory. It's called the "5 minute theory". The theory is as follows;
A God/Godlike being created the entire universe 5 minutes ago, with an established history attached to it. Would there be any proof for or against this?
-
Could be 6000 years old? In a delutional mind
-
11 RepliesNah earth is only 23 years old, thats because ive only seen it for 23 years with my own eyes, i only believe in what i can see
-
1 ReplyThe problem with hypothesis like this is that they are unfalsifiable because any problem you have can be explained away by the all powerful being.
-
My theory:The Earth is there…why should we care?
-
6 RepliesIn the congealing of the planet, the rock would melt, and the development of the magnetic field would alter the iron in the rocks. And the earth would not be cool enough to sustain life now.
-
Well, one problem with creationism is that it suggests that the world populated itself twice by incest alone in less than 6000 years. That's a bit of an obstacle for you.
-
2 RepliesThey actually don't suggest that the Earth is only 6000 years old, but that the creation of mankind is only 6000 yrs old.
-
2 RepliesOP IS A FGT
-
4 Repliesif you just go down the line of the history of the universe and put god before the start, you've just made a lot of Christian arguments.
-
3 RepliesThe existence of fossils would ruin that theory because we can date those too.
-
The Invisible Pink Unicorn may have just dumped it out like that, but I won't believe that without proof, either.
-
And it could also not be.
-
8 RepliesSo Universe = 4.5 billion years, and earth equal 6000 years?
