I'm 30, make 250k a year, drive a bio-diesel hummer to my 27 rental properties, own multiple 6 bed room houses (each with 70" 4k TV's mounted to the wall) and I have a 4" pecker.
only one of these is true, have fun guessing!
I have a 27" tv I got for free and a $10 mic and still on 360

Shiiiiiiiit....I wish I was rich. My son has decided to go to the hostpital for something major once a year - right about when the medical bills are caught up. I hope that they will kick some back for college when he gets older. I know that I already bought a nice Corvette for one lucky doctor out there.....makes me sick to even think about it, to be honest.

Astro A50s. A 3k sq ft 4 BR house. Oh, I have a bit of debt, too! Im 33, been with same company for 15 years. No college degree. No help, not a dime, from parents. Earned absolutely everything I have. Does this make me better than you? Absolutely not.

1 ReplyWhat does 25k in bong dollars equal to in real money. And by real money I of course mean Canadian Tire Money.

Edited by Arzach: 12/28/2014 11:29:22 PMI live in Vancouver BC and that income would never afford me a 6 bedroom house. Ever. I only buy gently used cars anyway. Really overpriced real estate out here. Welcome to the global economy guardians!

Because people talk crap, the majority of players on the forums are still in school and have a paper round, adults don't generally share there income details with random people on the Internet.

I'm 25 made $60k this year, I own a $180k house with 3 bedrooms. In my area that's middle class. Midwest

I make $110,000 a year myself in America, but I think you arent counting the exchange rate when you make the comparison. The British Pound is worth much more. One pound is worth $1.56 U.S. dollars. So if someone here is making $110,000/yr, that is the equivalent of 70,500/yr in U.K.

Because they're bullshitting.

1 ReplyMate. I earn 26k a year, part of that goes to tax, NI, and paying back my student finance which leaves me with hardly anything after rent, travel and food. The grind is real!!

Most people on the Internet are full of it or are misleading you. 100k a year is a GOOD income in America. Most people probably mean they're parents make that combined. I have a base salary of around $80k, and I am extremely grateful for that w/o a college education. Took me 10 years to get there working a good utility job. I could say I make over 100k, because I work 50 hour weeks, and that overtime is awesome money. I could say I make 100k, because I'm Union, and our benefits are awesome... But really I make $80k because overtime COULD run out, and I won't see that benefit money till I retire. Because of that, my wife stays home with our newborn, and I'm grateful we are still really comfortable. Most people I know my age (30) are having a really hard time finding a good career. Even a degree isn't really worth much anymore unless you got into the right field. I knew a lot of people who made over 100k a few years ago if they were on commission, but times have been hard in America, and things are a lot leaner. Maybe people are still quoting their incomes from years ago. Also, Americans have a real problem with debt. All that awesome STUFF, is probably on a charge card.

I am bud work as deli manager for like 600 a week most my income goes straight back into bills and grocery's

9 RepliesExcept for the 6 bedroom house that's pretty normal. I have all of that except I have a 3 bedroom house. I only need a 3 bedroom. My dad has a 100k a year job. That's working class in America

I have no job at the minute, I live in a one bed apartment, my T.V is 32", my headset is a set of JVC headphones with a mobile phone headset cable soldered on and I wish my car was worth £30k but it's not. It is a CRX though so that's a win.
-
1 ReplyInstead of 100k maybe make it 40-60k on average. The car probably is right, and TVs are on the cheap these days. The six bedroom house might be a bit much.

2 RepliesEdited by H8RNsTripleOG: 12/28/2014 8:59:28 PMIts because people have good jobs.. They know how to save money and the rich stay rich because we evade taxes and have everything handed to us.. Yea I make 300,000 bucks a year (us dollars) and that just keeps piling up in my offshore bank account.. People know I'm rich so to get on my good side where ever I go they just give it to me thinking I'll remember them and give them money.. And also just because I have a Ferrari for everyday of the year doesn't mean I'm just gonna let you drive one.. So what if I only drive one for one day that's my damn car and it will sit in my underground garage as long as I want to keep it there.. If its on the internet don't believe it.. Most people are rich on the internet because they can be rich on the internet.. No one knows for sure if its a lie or not.. But don't take it from me I'm just a rich guy that just so happens to use gold to wipe with.. You should see my septic tank lol.. Anyway for everyone that comments on this post I will give you $50,000.. And the OP will get 2% of each one.. Let's make this dude rich like all the rest of us..
I'm just kidding I didn't get rich by giving handouts

but I stay rich because of handouts

and tax evasion

-blam!- you IRS
