The only people defending Mythoclast..
Are the people who cheesed it, without this gun you wouldn't see them in PvP whatsoever.
For PvP this gun needs a heavy nerf, if you disagree then you cheesed the boss. End of story.

I got mine legitly without cheesing and it wasn't until like a week before DLC release and to be honest I only really use it in IB or getting fusion rifle bounties so I'm defending it aswell cause it was a gun some of us had to play the vault 30something times to get whether it was threw the cheesing method or not no one has control over the stupid reward system this game has, so to nerf it would only be a whiny selfish decision. I do admit the hun is annoyingly OP in PvP and eh in PvE but the constant complaining is far more annoying.

I didn't even want the Vex lol in PVP my suros normally takes out anybody no matter what they have I don't think the vex is OP tho... but I kinda want it now for PVE

2 RepliesI don't think it's overpowered. It's definitely a viable gun in both PvE and PvP, but overpowered? Nope. If you're just mad that you get killed by it in crucible then go practice and get better.

So, you still haven't got the Vex have you... I'm sorry little buddy. I have two, both of which were dropped after killing Atheon on Hard Mode with a experienced fire-team. I never attempted the HM VoG raid before the patch, and I don't think the Vex needs a Nerf. I think you need to quit whining.

Ha that's funny. I have 5 vex mythoclast and got 3 after the patch. I don't really play pvp though cause I'm more of a pve person. When I do though I definitely take in my vex just so I can see posts like this. I think it's funny seeing all the cry babies on here.

I got the vex last week before the DLC with no cheese. We had 4 29s too(I was one) it was a hard fought battle and an epic win. We downed Atheon with 2 players dead it was great.

1 ReplyI don't have the gun and I don't agree with nerfing the weapon. It's supposed to be one of the strongest weapons in the game. What are you gonna want them to nerf next? Heavy weapons cause they're too powerful?

This thread = ......... I do not have one and have seen people get this weapon legit, so for you to lump everyone in the same category is foolish. If you really want to complain about PVP you should change the title to "The only people defending Blink Shot...."

I have 4 mythoclasts which I got legit. Damn game kept giving them to me every time I ran it lol. Took forever to get helmet. That being said, I'm not the biggest fan of the gun. I only use it for the fusion rifle bounty and solar burn. In crucible I stick with my 42 round Vanquisher VIII with Third Eye and fast reload.

I didn't cheese the boss and I don't use it in the crucible. But I always seem to kill people who are using it no problem... so I don't see the big deal.

The Mythoclast is laughable if you keep a solid distance, I can't say I've ever had a problem with someone using it, I just sit back a bit and pick them off with my timepiece.
