Didn't Deej say Xur would not disappoint this weekend?
Anyone else disappointed? Thought he'd have Gjallarhorn or maybe a new exotic but he has truth for the 3rd time and his other stuff is not exciting either. The upgrades were more or less expected. Didn't Deej say that this weekend, in particular, was going to make everyone happy (as opposed to the 2 weeks of plan c in as row)? Normally I don't complain but seems like a big let-down after a big build-up?

Upgraded Cheesebreaker and Suros. Not bad at all. Not sure why there is so much nipple tweaking about the Suros being bad.

I've already maxed icebreaker again. That alone made it a good weekend for xur! Plus helm engram, the most useful, three bought became one for each that I already had, old ones scrapped to upgrade the new! Solid

7 RepliesI am happy with my upgraded red death ;) It makes Crota much easier but people tend to not think outside the box. Red death = heals while in presence of Crota. No need for chalice ;)

He had TLW, IB, and Thorn 2.0. Not disappointed at all.

Walked away with 2.0 versions of Light Beyond Nemesis, Skull of Dire Ahamkara, Glasshouse, Voidfang Vestments, The Truth, Suros Regime and Thorn. And I had enough coins left over to buy an extra shard. How the hell can I complain about that?

1 ReplyNo, Xur was awesome to me this week. Upgraded 3 of my exotics, Suros, IB, and Thunderlord, got the exact 3 helms I wanted from engrams for each character. Got my first Truth, still have over 50 strange coins. Only beef was not putting in enough time to get glimmer to upgrade Thorn and TLW. That's on me, not him.

2 RepliesSo Santa didn't give you exactly what you wanted for Christmas. Boo hoo. Oh no the glimmer cap of 25k means I can't do it all at once, and I have to grind glimmer. Oh no the weapon that they already buffed for me doesn't have an upgrade available. I read your post and really tried to give a shit, turns out it was just a fart. I was happy with what I got. I got to upgrade 2 of my weapons and by the hunter helm I've been wanting. The Ghorn is still pretty awesome at 300. [spoiler]I'm sick of trying to be nice and polite when people are whinging about stupid crap[/spoiler]

He should've said Titan's wouldn't be disappointed. I love my new Ruin Wings. Now I have too much heavy ammo. I found myself using my heavy more than my primary now.
