EULA in a court of law is void because you are forced to agree to play a game you already paid for. You need to be able to read these before purchase for them to hold up in court. Spoken out of experience

very true but since it is an "online only" game it has a loophole if it was purely end user based then the EULA would hold up in court. the fact that the game is played online over the internet and cannot be played without an internet connection means you could not agree before purchasing because it would be unplayable otherwise. Bungie can modify the game at will server side because the game is server side and the disc is just there to reduce load times and provide accessibility. You cant agree to anything you dont have and since you can get full refunds within a set amount of time it allows ample time for you to decide on your own whether you want to continue using their product.

Really? Wow. I wonder what would happen in Europe if something like this happened... Our courts are way more lean towards the little man I believe.
