Anyone buy armor for looks instead of stats?
I would rather look like a badass in combat instead of wearing gear just for stats. What do you guys think? I've meet other players who just want to get to 30 but dont wear what they like. Also they should make shaders for sparrows. EDIT They could invent some kind of vanity slot

1 ReplyGrinding iron banner right now cuz the iron lords have the best looking armor. 36 light doesn't hurt, but I could care less about being 32 I don't even plan on doing CE HM.

Wish they had something like Diablo or dc universe where you can just change the cosmetics of the armor and keep the stat of the armor equipped. Pre dlc my titan had an awesome set that made him look like a gundam. It was the vangaurd set.......I should have just kept it so I can put it on during tower or roc.

No this is dumb. If I was granted a purple thong for leg armor that granted me awesome stats better than anyone else, I would wear it. And when I kept killing you cause my stats are better I would t-bag you.

I equip things for looks, but swap when i need things to function a certain way. Btw thaat "vanity slot" is ur class item ;)

You reach 30 or something then you get gear to raise your new "level". What you wear holds your stats, but anything you've ever worn can be applied to it to make it appear as that item. TL:DR - costumes tab, anything you've tried on in the game can be set to be your default look. Slotted items hold your stats.
