Bungie has no player love at all. They are not customer focused in any way and the lack of communication since release is simply stunning.

Its seriously disappointing, considering halo is what has kept me a 360 player even though theres no more for it, the only reason i have a 360 is because i got over excited and bought halo 3 (greatest.game.ever) before i even had the console haha. After reach it was a nice end to the legacy it was super exciting to hear bungie were gonna create another phenomenon, hopefull rich with lore as they seem to inspire it. So.epicly.wrong.

I think much of the reason so many players post is that they are so bitterly disappointed with the direction bungie has chosen. It is a bit like looking up an old friend to find out he is no longer the person you knew .

you have nailed it. They are avoiding all contact with players, like a child that know it is in trouble they are hiding hoping it will all go away and trying to make up a really good excuse.
