Explain
Edit: BTW I know its origin, I was there when people stated it. I dont get what sort of feeling someone gets by doing it.
Like when i played football and would wreck someone its a how'd that -blam!-in train feel? I never had the urge to bounce my balls in his face, let alone in a video game.

When campers try to win i tbag over their noob bodies

4 RepliesIt's all in fun if you get offended by a video game than you have issues.

It's a control thing.

A common tactic used to demonstrate your superiority over an opponent. Nothing says "I owned you" better than smooshing your ballsack over their face repeatedly
-
Its fun

Contempt. I do it if I see people tea bagging, and if my teammates don't wait for at least one more person on a heavy drop.
-
I tbag most downed opponents if I'm safe, is just habit

6 RepliesEdited by Futilelyte: 12/10/2014 7:22:12 AMI never initiate a t-bag battle. I give my slain opponents the benefit of the doubt that they would not have t-bagged me, had they won the battle. However, once someone t-bags me, it starts a ruthless game of cat and mouse, in which I go out of my way, in an "at all costs!" manner, to brutally kill and T-bag that player as many times as I can before the game was over. Example: I played a game, and this guy gets a first blood medal on me. After his kill, he shoots my head with a shotgun, melees me in the face, then literally t-bags the entire time I'm waiting to spawn. Instead of securing B node, the most precious node. He is having an orgy on my dead face. I only have a 1.44 K/D, but I am known to unleash hell on enemies when I get frustrated. This game in particular, let's call him Timmy.. I killed Timmy more times than I could count. I would do a different victory celebration.. On Timmy's face, each time I killed him! My personal favorite was the dog sit celebration. After a ruthless shoulder charge to his face, I simply used the sit emote on his face. Poor Timmy only ever killed me that one time at the beginning of the game. It sparked a t-bagging war that he quickly regretted. Poor Timmy was t-bagged maybe 10+ times that game. You could tell the rage was building, as his playstyle got progressively more and more sloppy and aggressive. I would leave team mates to die, just to hunt this guy down. I avoided capturing nodes or defending nodes, just to collect the tears of Timmy. Call me whatever you please. What I know I did to Timmy has scarred him for the rest of his life, and I assure you little Timmy will never t-bag a fellow player on the battlefield again. Am I a horrible person? xD

I used it as an effective way to annoy the enemy in the hope they will play worse since they're angry. It has worked a lot but that was in gears of war, I don't really play pvp in destiny.

Psychological warfare and immaturity. Does it piss you off? Do you make mistakes because of your emotion? It's either the fact your mad or that you are now making mistakes
-
I don't teabag that's usually 13 year olds. If somebody gets on my nerves I just do a quick dance after I shoot them. But I rarely do that.
-
It is our unspoken policy that when one starts dropping bags on our teammates that we stop casually playing crucible and kick it into high gear and find them and bag them. We don't start the bagging and we will make you wish you hadn't.

2 RepliesIt's an insult and it works I have seen people rage as a result.

2 RepliesYou sir will be a victim of the tea baggery if I ever see your name.

I almost never teabag unless someone does it to me first. Lately, it seems to happen when I'm having a bad game and turns out to be a terrible decision by the Tea-bagger. When I'm frustrated I do bad, but when I get angry, I tend to get a laser focus. If you tea bag me I will come looking for you, drop supers on only you, and generally do anything I can to grief you. Some Titan tea bagged me the other day after using Fist of Panic on me. Their team had a slight lead and it was getting near finish time. I got so pissed that I burned through several of his teamates to find him and then Shotgunned him for the Nail in the Coffin win. Then he got to watch me dance on his corpse for the final seconds.

Missing a super REALLY hard

I do it to start the cycle of hatred
-
I tea bag those who blow kills on me. If you start shooting me in the back and I turn and kill you? Tea bag. If you have a heavy weapon or special and I kill you? Tea bag. If you're crouching near doors with a shotgun and I kill you? Tea bag! I don't do it all the time but sometimes it feels warranted when the person you kill is scrubbing it up and you still get the best of them. If I'm too far away I dance.

I am a simple man and I do it for one simple reason, it amuses me. I am amused when it happens to me. It is amusing.

Any mindset. That's a set up question but the answer is who the -blam!- really knows.

Being a hunter

It's a humiliation, showing the enemy you do not respect them and that you surpass their playing ability
-
When I get t-bagged it's usually because I was on a streak. When it happens, no one survives
-
One does not simply teabag. One most first know the meaning of life, the teabag will follow....

When someone keeps scoring b.s. kills with fusion rifles and you whip out N.L.B. and one shot their face you need to sac tap that forehead

I think it also is a result of the limited or non ec ostent emote in fps games
