Xbox needs exclusive 4th raid
Hello ladies/gentlemen due to the wild success of my previous railgun post, I have decided to become more involved in the community and have begun actively developing ideas to be considered for destiny to bungie.
My next idea is an exclusive 12 man raid for Xbox as reparations to the overly supportive and highly sophisticated Xbox community. I am looking forward to your input please do not hesitate to express your opinions as I know you are looking forward to bringing this to fruition.
UPDATE 1: due to the initial feedback I believe as well as a new exclusive raid for Xbox there should also be, within that raid, an exclusive enemy type unique only to Xbox. I believe this will create an interesting dynamic. Let me know what you guys think as I feel everyone will truly support this
UPDATE 2: thank you community for your support. Along with this raid I feel an exclusive set of armor should be included. What do you guys think ?
UPDATE 3: ladies and gents after a small hiatus,I have returned to my designated responsibilities to voice your concerns. Due to further analysis I have concluded you all feel the previously stated recommendations are just. Along with the former and the later I purpose that this raid give 5 exclusive weapons from each boss, they will be considerably more powerful than standard exotics. Voice thy concerns
UPDATE 4: hello again people of the bungie forums. After much research I have concluded that these suggestions have rallied significant support. To further the process and proposals being articulated both here and beyond this medium, I recommend that along with all the previously stated recommendations, Xbox gamers should be granted special access to 12 totally unique exotic raid ships which can only be found within this raid. These ships will provide a larger vault capacity and provide air support to ground forces. This is something only Xbox could handle as much

I bought Destiny on the PS4 because of the extra content. I'm thinking of buying another copy for XBone though because most of my gaming friends are on Xbox.... Just don't think I can start from scratch again...

Would you like to code that change? The game can only function with 6 player groups. Along with that, ps exclusive content is timed, not permanent. You want xbox exclusives are you gonna pay for em? Someone doesn't understand what a contract is lol. Sony has exclusive promotion of destiny notice there are not x box commercials mentioning destiny? Sony also had rights to exclusives which they paid for so in what way do you think bungie could or would break this contract with their biggest software supporter just so you Microsoft guys will stop crying about a couple guns and 2 strikes gtfo lol.

But in all honesty, exclusives are a joke. For timed exclusives, you'd just pay extra money to have a little content being released for your console only for the allotted time, which is an absolute ridiculous thing company's do. That's an unnecessary waste of money. Game exclusives aren't as pathetic, but are still laughably stupid. I understand making money is a very large part in almost every kind of business in the world, but if these exclusives continue, the gaming industry will become crap. To my knowledge, there's not an excessive amount of exclusives out yet for the consoles (PC is another story), but the current number definitely shouldn't not increase anymore. It's inevitable that it will, so I can only hope that it won't increase by a lot. Which, is also arguably inevitable.

Exclusive content is always a terrible idea for multi platform games, because the capability to open it up exists, but it's artificially denied. Instead of exclusive content for Xbox owners, they should agree to never do timed exclusives ever again.

5 Replies1. Its timed exclusive so you will get everything after that time limit. 2. Its about 3% extra content Sony gets. Its nit like you have to wait for thw entire content, unlike what Microsoft does by making Sony players wait for the entire content, even thought Sony users pay for it at same time as Microsoft users. Example C.o.D dlc. When the game is released and i buy it for ps3 with the season pass, i have to wait a month after Microsoft gets it, even though i paid for it the same time as a xbox player. 3. Because, you know, Microsoft didn't...and they probably won't in the future. Instead of being repaid for Bungie's wrongdoings (doing business, apparently), maybe get mad at Microsoft for not paying for extra content?

5 RepliesSeriously.... Nintendo: Mario and Zelda Xbox: Halo and Gears PS: Uncharted and Last of Us Just a super tiny bit of exclusives. I'll be totally honest here...I own all comsoles cept X1 and Ps4, but I'm a Nintendo fanboy. I've had more hours and enjoyment out of all 3 systems BECAUSE of exclusives. Who cares what system has what? Enjoy what you have that they cannot and they will do the same. I would love the content Sony gets but we can wait (plus the general consensus is everything cept Hawkmoon is garbage). I just hate console bashing when it's still boiling down to the games and friends you make while playing, though that's not everyone.
