Crucible is awful, seriously developers have you played it?
Supers, fusion rifles, and shotguns, pretty much sums up crucible. Why do you even give us a primary weapon when the majority of players will run their ridiculously OP fusion rifles and shotguns? Whats the point of a primary when the majority of them don't have the TTK to even kill someone before they close the distance and one hit you with their precious shotgun? I'm just mind blown at how this is still going on, every match is the three stated above methods to kill leading to an incredibly boring and frustrating experience... If it wasn't for PvE I would have left this title a long time ago and I think many other people would have as well. It makes no sense in any fashion as to why you let the scrubs that can't shoot worth a damn run around with their shotguns not playing with the least bit of care or strategy because they know they can stroll up to you eating your bullets and 1HK you with their shotty, or turn and super you because they're scared. Before you guys that will try to defend your shotgun use or super use on 1 person comment I don't want to hear it, save your time and mine. You have no possible argument for running your shotgun 24/7 and using super on one guy, you're bad and that's that, you use them as an excuse for you having no skill what-so-ever. Crucible needs to be tweaked for it to be a diverse competitive environment as it should be... Less spawns of special and heavy or tweak primary weapons/special weapons TTK, or maybe reduce the OHK range for fusion rifles and slow down the special ammo spawn. That's all for my rant, feel free comment or try to defend your scrub tactics below if you wish, I don't mind at all, in fact it will be quite amusing to watch you say your shotgun or panic super is "Strategy"... Thanks for your time (I used shotguns throughout the article as an example for the sake of time and article length, the problem lies within the very first sentence if you read it...)

my KD is below average. there's matches where I'm DESTROYED, but I never blame the weapon. I get annoyed when the Xur flavor-of-the-week is all over the place, because IMO it's "trendy." it bothers me more when is get killed by some rare weapon I've barely heard of. ammo: white / drops green / almost always available purple / spawns seems like a balance. if green came from drops, it would be everywhere.

2 RepliesI just want more modes added, basically a mode with NO RADAR. Then people would be forced to know the map and it's choke points and couldn't just corner camp. Plus then I'd have a reason to play with the volume turned up on my head set.

The quick fix that would get most to stop complaining is to have less special ammo available. Now onto your poll...there are only two options, as if there are only two "correct" answers.

If you're going to do a poll, at least try to make both options sound reasonable and not ridiculously biased. If you just want to whine that you hate the shotguns, fusions etc in crucible why don't you come out and say it instead of pretending that you're gathering opinion?

In every PvP shooter there has been a "cheap way to play." In Call of Duty there were quickscopers and campers. In Gears of War there were melee gnashers And in Destiny there are fusion rifle and shotgunnerns. Get over it. Try your best to overcome it and don't get frustrated when it happens.

5 RepliesThe weapons aren't the problem, it's the abundance of special ammo. Spawn with zero, lose all of it when you die, and you only get one magazine when you pick it up from a crate. If you get it off a corpse, you get half a magazine rounded up. Make the crates spawn less as well. Don't just cry nerf.
