How did you end up with your GF/BF?
I don't know why but how people meet and the circumstances are really interesting, I'm just curious about all the random stories people have on this, some can be quite funny.
This can also be good for people that think they'll be forever alone because they can see all the ways people meet etc.
Btw you don't have to be with someone right now it could be an Ex (unless the thought of them torments you). It could even be a story you've heard about someone else.
I'll start, I met my ex on Call of Duty, while she was with someone else. After 4 months of torment in the friendzone, I finally decided to say I liked her and she just happened to break up with the person she was with 10 mins before (hallelujah), eventually we got together and met up in person and that day was a good day.

Wouldn't it be ironic and actually quite amazing if two people met on this thread talking about this subject. That would be a story to tell.

I recently found out that my ex has turned to weed, just went to Amsterdam and has been partying it up like a dumbass, who knows what else she's been up to, but it's amazing what happens after break ups with some people

4 RepliesWe were old family friends that lost touch and somehow wound up at the same high-school 7 years later. I was a good student and ended up being his tutor, promising to game with him after if he'd focus on work. We played through GoW, Halo series, Borderlands, etc. He's a great gamer, but he's legally blind and colourblind so I'm his spare eyes when he needs them on single player games. (Bungie, please add colourblind options!) He asked me out during his grad year and we're still gaming together 5 yrs later :)

3 RepliesWe met at a pokemon nationals event It was my first year in pokemon tcg and my friend took first place in a states tournament and won free air fare and hotel in Indianapolis. Well we all decided to room together and they sai oh our friend Cara (now my wife) lives down there. So we were like cool she can stay with us. Well we were both in relationships at the time but we baca me fast friends during our three day stay. Afterwords we kept in touch and our relationships had both ended. We had an incredibly strong connection so I took a weeks vacation from work and went down to visit. We did this twice and the next time i decided to go back with her. We are now five years happily married with two boys. Thank you pokemon you changed my life forever.

After 7 hours of drinking, I had gained enough to courage to grab her phone and put my number in it. 9 RepliesOkay. Mime is kind of a weird one. I had been going out with this guy for quite a while, and he was pretty awesome. But he kept ignoring me for other people. I'm not a clingy little shit, so I was normally fine with this, but then he started to say no to hanging our with me for other people. Like, he wouldn't go on dates, just so he could go places with other people. I eventually ended it with him a year or two ago. We ended on fairly good terms. Actually, very good terms. About 3 and a half months ago, he came up to me and told me he had someone perfect for me. And that's the story of how I got my current girlfriend.
