There is a loot chest that periodically spawns in a building underneath Archer's Line in moon patrol that cannot be opened. The chest spawns on top of a cabinet in the left hand building when facing the building first entered during the initial moon mission. I have witnessed several other players not in my fire team attempt to open as well, with no success. Eventually, the chest disappears. The two video clips in my profile dated 11/29/2014 show the chest in situ, with no "X to open" message ever presenting. This happens every time I see this chest in this location.
