-
I don't respect armor.
-
I at least know I am getting level 30 gear and not a million shards and energies from the stupid raid. Raid just pissed me off. I made an extra warlock to have more, chances to get raid gear but now I just get double shards and energy.
-
who respects armor?
-
Looks better then the titan raid arms and boots but still not worth the grind.
-
12 RepliesI respect it even more. You have to actually earn the IB armor, I've seen a lot of really awful players getting raid armor on their first raid, even when they died at the first wave of oracles and let their team to finish by themselves...
-
Due to the fact that I use armormentarium for the double grenades the boots are pointless due to the recent patch, also the raid gloves don't matter much as far as reloading special weapons faster goes I could care less

Edited by mtwiggz: 11/20/2014 11:50:53 PMVoG Gear = Grind once a week and hope RNG gives you what you need. IB Gear = Grind reputation and purchase what you need. Either way you have to grind. One is a week grind, taking anywhere between 10-20 hours of playtime depending on your W/L ratio. The other is a weekly grind, taking anywhere between 1-3 hours depending on how many characters you have. So, in IB you can grind for 10-20 hours and be guaranteed a piece of gear that will help you obtain level 30. In VoG you can grind once a week per character, about an hour a run, and not be guaranteed anything but disappointment. Doesn't matter which way you obtain level 30, as we all know just being level 30 isn't an indication of skill by any means.

Yes, they look much cooler too.
-
4 Replieslol no they made rep for iron banner so easy its a joke literally for me that only difference between a loss and a win was 5 rep which is nothing.
-
1 ReplyIt took me about a total of like 3 days of raid time to get my last peice of raid gear, that's 72 hours of work. It only took me about 10 hours total to get to rank 3 1/2 in iron banner...
-
Will be swapping any IB armour I manage to get once the raid decides to drop me some
-
The hunter boots and gloves from the raid are ugly. I definitely prefer the IB gear over that.

Edited by LordOfPit: 11/20/2014 11:24:26 PMRespect? Pfffft! 😏
-
IB30 isn't easy.
-
A lot of 30s have been waiting for a little customization so it's ok by my book
-
10 RepliesAt least you can't push people off of pvp maps.
-
7 RepliesI don't "respect" anyone because of level. A person earns my respect by being a good person. This is a game.
-
I will admit, I hate PVP And I am trying to get through to get the boots DX
-
1 ReplyWhy is there an option for yes, equally respectable, and more respectable?
-
I don't really care. However I will still play the raid a lot because I really want the boots, extra heavy ammo yes please.
-
Both are have to be earned
-
3 RepliesViewed as the same. You have to be good (or really good finding a team to carry you) at the raid to potential get the equipment. Same goes for the Iron Banner equipment. So either way you have to be good at the game to have the gear. Whether it's PvE or PvP.
-
A lot of people did a lot of cheap things to get those armor pieces so in my eyes there kinda equal but iron banner a little bit more because it can tske longer to get
-
they should've kept the reputation system the way it was before. I would have more respect for iron banner rank 5. (now all you have to do is grind and go AFK) it would be 1 person earning it for themselves instead of getting carried for it.

I think the IB armor looks cooler, i don't like the armor with big cleaver-like blades on it.
