Hi everyone, I've been thinking and there has been some low level armour that looks really good yet it is unavailable when you get past level 20. Now everybody seems to be running around in very similar armour so if we had a system to upgrade any armour to legendary with some sort of system through the vanguard for instance maybe green to blue to legendary. Then people would be able to have what they like and there would be more variety in game. I hope this makes sense. Would anybody else like to see this in game?
