2 RepliesWhen you refer to bar bouncers as "gatelords". When you throw rocks at bee hives / ant hills, just so you can yell "WE'VE WOKEN THE HIVE!" You don't trust anyone wearing a cloak. You refer to your work as a "daily". You refer to your sexlife as a "weekly" (can be run multiples times, but you really don't want to miss a week). When you're done many weeklies with different "fireteams", and going to the bathroom becomes a "Nightfall" (you know.... because of the Arc Burn...) You test all your loose change for warmth and vibration. You think the reason for Templar downfall was because Saladin had sunsinger warlocks on his fireteam.

Lmao PS... I also have had my fiance log onto my account to go to the gunsmith to buy fusion rifles while I was at work. I was very proud of her actually doing it. That damn bounty was on week 3 for me When my fiance that has never played the game starts quoting my ghost.

When you're playing a different game and you see a shiny blue light and run to pick up your engram. When you're playing a different game and try to double jump. When clouds begin to cover the sun and you think: "Ooo Public Event!" When you could swear you just heard a box nearby when clearly no such glimmery noise occurred.

Though not quite as creative as some of these. I noticed when I play crucible the words 'bloody hell' comes out a LOT with a slight accent I get when tired, at which point my fireteam laughs and starts to use it too.... My favourite is referring to dinklebot in general conversation. You can always spot the people who don't play destiny because they wonder what a dinklebot is and if I am joking.
