Angry Joe is the only reviewer i trust to be honest. and he rated it 6/10 or 7/10 which is the general player consensus. As well hes fairly professional about it, and like the rest of us are wondering wtf happened to all the story and legendary gameplay we were promised. Literally nothing is explained in the game, you have to leave the game, no raid or weekly/daily matchmaking you have to leave the game to find a group, which takes away from anyones immersion.

The general player consensus? Everybody I meet in-game is heavily addicted and thinks this is the best since sliced bread.... ok, maybe not the best, it ain't perfect, but there must be something the game does right.... otherwise my friendlist wouldn't be full of Destiny-playing addicts...

Edited by Uriyaal: 10/27/2014 4:05:22 PMDon't get me wrong, the control's are solid, settings look pretty. that's about it, dinkle bots acting is so freaking bad, especially for people that love game of thrones he was such a good character in that show. He brings nothing to the table at all there's no life to the Super AI that is our ghosts. Story wise there's just nothing literally nothing being explained to you at all in the game, so many cliff hangers you lose your grip and scratch your head. please don't argue that it could be all intended that's just some mass effect 3 ending bs all over again and we all saw how that went. And even to say that it was all intended there bringing nothing new story wise (that i know off) with the first expansion but we get 5 pvp maps a raid and a new strike... yippy? I wanted and expected a deep well put together superior and very engrossing story what i got was a bunch of wtf is going on moments. Again also, leaving the game for anything like match making or story (outside of reading wiki posts ect) like the grimore should be in the game.......... Thats great you and whom ever are having fun with it, but its been out 2 months and there still having beta issue's. like kto's and server drops when the population isn't all that high to begin with. hell most of the planets have 1 or 2 people on them, the towers usually got 10-20 people there.. so even with multiple servers i dont see why people are being disconnected, my self included, so frequently, even after trying there fix's. actually got worse with there idea of fix's.

Don't get me started on the ME3 ending and than fan-fantasy with Indoc-Theory.... :-( Story is pretty thin and dinklebot (I call him Sir Blabs'a'lot) is ok at time "can't we just stay here with the murderous robots" and sometimes is super-cringe-time "they blew up planets just for getting in their way, just so know what we're dealing with" ARGH, how bad can voice-acting get? So, it could be better, especially if you wanted WoW with guns... But as soon as Bungie said "it's not an mmo, it's a shared-world-shooter" I know what to expect, not WoW with guns, but CoD with more singleplayer... and that's pretty much what I got....

Edited by Uriyaal: 10/27/2014 5:01:32 PMHere's the angry joe review to btw ^ Ya i cant find a link any more to them referring to destiny as an mmo, but : http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-is-a-different-game-after-20-hours-bungie-/1100-6422312/ Bungie rep said:
"Twenty hours in, I think that players will find that they’ve evolved to playing a whole different kind of game." by Emanuel Maiberg on September 14, 2014
Bungie Executive Producer Patrick O’Kelley said:
They’ll find that they’re immersed in a different world, and are deep into the history of their characters.
