I just want a replacement box to my Ghost Edition because it messed up with two corners torn. It seems like a manufacture problem because almost every Ghost Edition was damaged. It's not the retailers fault, it's Bungie's fault because these were cheaply made. I paid $150 premium for something and expect it to be in top condition.

The only way we can get their attention is if we do some kind of petition on Change.org. I've tried emailing support, leaving multiple message on forums here, Twitter, Facebook, and nothing! This is BS that they are completely ignoring the matter and a total slap in the face to the people who paid $150 dollars for it. The manufacture who made these boxes are the problem with the poor and cheap design of the box causes it to tear or ruin the lid of the box.
