WTF IS THE DEAL WITH CRYPTARCH LVL?!!!!!!!
My cryptarch lvl is 8 almost 9 and I never get legendaries for purple engram drops. Only have had one purple and I have decrypted at least 8!!!! Then my friend whose lvl is 2 gets his first one and gets an exotic?!!!!! WTF MAN. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS?

Don't count on getting legendaries like this. You will be lucky to get 1 legendary every 10 levels from a package. Nightfall and raids are best way to get legendaries and exotics.

Your Cryptarch level has NOTHING to do with how engrams convert.

30 sometning level lol i get lucky once in a blue moon and ill get a legen for another class thats about as good as it gets

Mine is 10 all my legendary engran turns to legendary and 3 of them to exotic(which i dont need)

Cuz he is the devil. He saves all the good stuff then gives the exotics to xur for strange coins. In which the cryptarch gives to you so you can buy the exotics xur sells. It's a vicious mind game they play.
