There has to be a retailer if you got it on xbox... Digital preordering is not available on xbox.

There was an ad on the dashboard of the Xbox that when you clicked it, it would play the trailer for the game, then claimed that if you pre-ordered the game, you would get early access to the Vanguard items and get to play in the beta when it was released. This was, of course, before beta hit.

Well, look into your debit card records and it might say the retailer you purchased it at.

Yes, I have. My fiance pre-ordered Destiny through Gamestop's website, and she didn't pay a dime. I guarantee you that she can also simply call up Gamestop right now and cancel the pre-order--which is what makes this so stupid.
