I'm just stuck because i Killed The Throne Defender/Watcher and the Dragon Riders and I'm still seeing summon signs and i don't know how to fight the last boss or where to go.
Every Area is unlocked except Belfry Luna (No Lockstones)

Go into the giants memory behind the pursuer and fight the giant lord. You will get the giants kinship to fight Nashandra who is in the same area as throne defender/watcher

You must have the Giants kinship in order for the last boss to appear for you. Feel free to wiki it at the dark souls 2 wikidot.
