How much depth does Bungie go into when it comes to character customization in Destiny?

what can we expect the latest release date will be I like many other guardians can't wait till the beta launches Also on a different note I have some idea's for destiny. How about when you have a hundred people who have beaten the game to a curtain point you make an army with them to combat the travelers arch enemy army vs. army style but if a guardian dies during the fight traveler will simply revive them at a curtain spot where they will re-join the battle . the whole of this is to bring people together in one awesome experience that every one will want to get involved with hands down the best thing in the world I'm spearing no expense to own this if u to continue this conversation please contact me on my you tube channel or on twitter you tube channel name is: unknownuniverse13 Twitter: @johnbent98

What level of detail is there in character creation as far as faces and things go? I read the GameInformer article about Destiny and they mentioned that you can do tattoos, hair and stuff, but there hasn't been any info on how in depth the actual face creator will be. Will it be somewhere on the level of Skyrim or Mass Effect, or will it be more simple than those? Also, anyone else think it would be fantastic if there was a Sgt. Johnson cameo in this game?

6 RepliesHi deej, question about side activities. Being that this is going to be a 10 year adventure, I was curious about the types of side activities we can expect to see. I've read many great ideas about RPG style side quests that are meant to help with immersion & passing time such as space ship housing, pets (aesthetic, not combat) & some space flight. Some have even suggested using the player's space ship interior as the actual "menu screen". What are the chances we will see things like this in destiny? I know many of us are looking forward to them. Thanks!

I live in Australia and it's the middle of summer :) please say American summer if that's what you mean (which I'm sure you do) but especially concerning the BETA!! As I I'm signed up, my sparrow is revved, my Titan armour is being retrofitted with new upgrades, my fireteam is on some serious R&R, my clan StarSide Echoes is ready for the strikes, raids and faction wars. I cannot wait to be unleashed upon the enemies of mankind in the beta. Let us Aussies know ;) Angel out

What I mean about the Bungie.net account would be whether or not accounts can be retrieved from different platforms or not (playing on your account from different platforms). The second questions is about the beta code. If I preorder the game for one platform, but want the code for a different console, would that be possible?

And there's that sitting position again. How do you activate that? Just put your back up against something for awhile and your Guardian just hunkers down and takes a load off? Or is it a selectable animation like wave or dance you can opt for? Any case I hope it stays in the game.
