I got both my PS3 and PS2 at launch, both of them still run perfectly to this day. My brother got his original Xbox at launch and it never -blam!-ed up either. I doubt me and him were just lucky with consoles.

Well I have a 360 also but the 360 did shit bricks all over me and my brother. We didn't get a Wii at launch, we got it a year after but it still works fine. We hardly ever get consoles at launch, but the ones we did get still run perfectly.
