They show up when the name comes up...

They show up at the end of the 'Those Who...' sequence. It's weird that Pycho Mantis shows up there as he does exist and isn't dead. I guess maybe that was only applying to Volgin? I assume others will show up as well like The Boss.

I'm going to go out on a limb here (HAHA) and assume that it's all Psycho Mantis doing crazy shit to BB's mind.

It would make perfect sense, but then that would mean that these hallucinations aren't something that's going to be happening a lot, as I doubt PM will be following BB all over the place.

I wouldn't think so. If he set it up to oppose Big Boss then why would Big Boss be the founder.
