How does the ouya work, does it need to be connected to a pc or do you plug it in to a tv and how do you purchase games, is it all digital?

It's its own console. You buy games via the Android marketplace.

I heard it can't connect to the play store (android market), it has its own "Ouya store" or something like that. That's one reason the madcatz system has my attention, I can play the games I've already purchased for my tablet on it.
